I don't normally comment on that, because it's kind of the same every time: relatives seek compensation, company tries to haggle it, corporate lawyers give the families hell, repeat ad nauseum. It's unjust, but it would get repetitive in a hurry if I talked about it in my articles that are mostly focused on analysis.
