I have corrected everything that you pointed out and removed the photo, and I'm sincerely sorry for any pain that may have been caused by my inclusion of inaccurate information about your family. I've lost family and friends in accidents too and I know how grating it is to hear others repeat false statements about those people that they heard in the media.
