Thanks for your input. The accident report came down pretty hard on the instructor switching so I think it may be a cultural thing, where a consistent instructor is seen as more important in Russia. I'll take that perspective into account.

Regarding the second one, I am surprised because I've always previously read "design load." But I can use "design limit load" if that's clearer.

Anyway, I've now edited the respective sections to incorporate some of these points.
